Please include your Driver ID (the 8-character code at the top right of the Profile screen), your device model, and which version of the game you're running. Never send us passwords or payment details; we will never ask for them.

Common questions

Where is my progress saved?

Your career (money, trucks, upgrades, records and replays) is saved on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes it, and we can't restore it from our side. Your device's own backup may include it, depending on your settings.

I changed phones or reinstalled. Can I get my online profile back?

Online features use an anonymous guest account that isn't linked to your email or phone number, so it can't currently be moved to another device. Write to us with your old Driver ID if you still have it, and we'll see what we can do.

How do I report or block another player?

Tap their name on the Rankings, Friends or Team screen, or a team in the team list, then choose REPORT or BLOCK. We review reports within 24 hours. Blocked players disappear from your rankings, friends and teams and can't send you friend requests. You can unblock them from your Profile.

How do I add friends?

Open Friends, share your friend code (it's your Driver ID), and enter your friend's code to send a request.

My team's owner has disappeared.

If the owner hasn't played for 30 days, any member can open the Team screen and tap CLAIM TEAM. Owners can also hand the team to someone else, or leave it (it passes to the top contributor).

My time didn't show up in the rankings.

Times are uploaded when you're online and have accepted the Terms of Use. A time recorded while offline is uploaded the next time you're connected. The season boards reset every month; the all-time boards don't.

The game says an update is required.

Some updates change how the online features work, so older versions can't use them. Update from the App Store or Google Play; you can keep racing offline in the meantime.

How do I delete my account?

In the game: Profile → DELETE ACCOUNT. Without the game: see Delete your account.
